Dr. Paul Randolph, Director Dr. Paul is an ordained minister who has been married for over 25 years to his wife, Phyllis. They have three children in their late teens and early 20's. He has served as a senior pastor of two churches and now serves on the pastoral staff of Davisville Church in Southampton, PA. He is the author of numerous articles and his work has been featured in the Journal of Biblical Counseling, Leadership, Pennsylvania Families and Schools, Building Church Leaders Quarterly, Current Thoughts and Trends, National Review, Journal of the Association of Biblical Counselors, and other publications and media. He is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the International Board of Christian Counselors. Kim Alston, Counselor Kim has her Masters Degree in Christian Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University. Kim has a passion for counseling and learning especially as it relates to seeing life and relationships from God's point of view. She is personable, insightful, and empathetic in her counseling approach. Kim's undergraduate work led her to study Marndarin Chinese in the U.S. and Taiwan, and she also sutdied Spanish and German. Her current graduate work has served to develop and sharpen her counseling skills in the areas of individual assessment, conflict management, grief and loss, domestic violence and trauma recovery. Her cross-cultural experiences, education and training uniquely equip her to work with counselees from diverse cultures and backgrounds. She is the mother of two dymanmic and wonderfully energetic middle school aged sons. Kim is a member of Davisville Church in Southampton, PA and serves on the lay leadership team.
